Our story
A family-run Italian restaurant, pizzeria and deli on Uxbridge Road, open from breakfast to dinner.
Since 2019
One family, one roof.
Minori opened on Uxbridge Road in Hatch End in 2019. It was founded by Mr Fellini, a restaurateur with fifty years of experience and a lifelong researcher of healthy, traditional Italian food.
Today Minori is a place for the whole day: Italian breakfast and coffee in the morning, lunch and dinner from the kitchen, true Neapolitan pizza, a fully licensed bar, live music nights and a deli to take a piece of Italy home.

Rosta coffee
Our own blend, produced in the warmest parts of southern Italy. The coffee we pour every day, sold by the kilo.
Oils & balsamic
Flavoured olive oils (chilli pepper, lemon) and tomato & basil balsamic dressing. Bring your bottle back for a refill.
Fresh bread
Sourdough baked on the premises every morning, made with the same 48-hour dough as our pizza.
Limoncello & wine
Bottles from our wine list and limoncello, for a gift or for the table at home.
In season: artisan panettone through the festive season. Ask at the counter by the door.

Good to know
Our gluten-free pizza base and pasta are made without gluten, but they are prepared in a kitchen that uses flour, so they are not suitable for coeliacs.
Chicken and lamb are halal; the kitchen is not.
All our mozzarella and burrata are made with vegetarian rennet.
Because of strict allergen laws, we can't accept food or cakes brought in.
